We connect through community. Residents do need to participate in what we offer at Heart Mind Haven. Not every program will be suited for every human who stays with us. Each human will work with HMH staff to determine which are appropriate for them. It is the responsibility of each human to complete all goals assigned and to participate in any community resources needed. It is each human’s responsibility to maintain their own recovery, wellness and progress. Heart Mind Haven will customize support services depending where each resident is at in their life.

Anyone who is strongly intentional to work on change and stability within their struggles, is honest and heart intention is a good fit. You will not be a good fit if your mental health needs exceed our scope of care. We are not clinical, therefore commitment to your own recovery and mental health needs and medication compliance are essential and required. You will be given a Resident Handbook to go through once your application screening has been done. It will give the specific policies and guidelines and will give you a clear picture on if we feel like a fit for you also.
